Immigration services

Visa Services: The BOI handles the issuance and extension of various types of visas, including tourist visas, business visas, employment visas, student visas, and medical visas. We also deal with visa conversion and visa-related inquiries.

Registration of Foreign Nationals: Foreign nationals visiting India for an extended period (more than 180 days) or for specific purposes like employment or study are required to register with the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) or FRO (Foreigners Registration Office) within 14 days of arrival.

Foreigners' Registration Extension: The BOI maintains records of foreign nationals staying in India for an extended period. We have to apply for an extension annually for all foreigners in India.

Departure and Exit permit for foreign nationals form India.

Deportation and Detention: In cases where foreign nationals violate immigration laws or overstay their visas, we coordinate with BOI and in coordination with other law enforcement agencies, to avoid deportation proceedings or detain individuals as per legal provisions.
